Pnc bank did a major upgrade over the weekend, and now no transactions are coming into quicken Been on phone and at computer all morning and afternoon trying to get pnc direct connect working again. I can see new transactions on the pnc site, but 0 transactions have been downloaded from pnc into quicken since friday.

Anyone having issues again with downloading from pnc bank I've been doing online updates to pnc bank without any issues up until about a month ago. It says it connects and there's nothing to download but i know that is wrong.

Please let us know how it goes! As of may 17, 2023, direct connect to pnc is not working I have reached out to both quicken and pnc The quicken support team mentioned that this is a pnc bank issue
I spent more than one hour with the pnc support people I still cannot connect and update pnc accounts in quiken and have also lost a direct connection to pnc After pnc bank updated there banking interface on october 26, 2025, one step updates to quicken stopped working. The other 2 pnc bank accounts did not download any transactions and the online balances are still from 10/23
Hopefully this is a good sign and by tomorrow all 3 accounts will get updated.
Direct connect has not downloaded pnc transactions for the last week.
