Go to myfss in the search bar start to type inoperable, and a drop down with inoperable vmpf link will come up Click that and then scroll to the bottom and click create request Type in your dos and then add a comment with projected departure date (the wording says what exactly to add) and click submit request Make sure you are 180 days out or they will reject it.
