There are various reset methods for different canon printers Can someone please help me resolve this? None allow resetting of the 'ink pad full' on the mg2550s, thought you may get limited access to other features like 'nozzle check'

Even physically transfering the eeprom to an eeprom reader/writer doesn't help unless you know what parameters to change. I own a pixma mx860 and have the 5b00 error Went to run the system cleaning maintenance on the printer as the printing was becoming blotchy, this usually corrects the issue

I have a pixma mg 2522 and got the ink absorber code and finally it stopped completely today I did the reset with the pushing and holding buttons Also it tucked the ink over the absorbers so you cant take it out Was able to do the reset and when i did that the ink carts would go to the right spot.
