A good way to make sure the two front drains are open is to open the sun roof and pour some water on each side If water drains out to the ground they are open.if not draining out to the ground, the drain tubes could be split, broke, off altogether or clogged with dirt, etc. At about 45k miles water started to leak from the passenger side grab handle.
